Storm cleanup is different from an emergency call. Does the City of Concord pick up storm debris?
After a declared event the city and county usually run special curbside collection for vegetative debris with size limits and a deadline; on a normal week, yard waste pickup takes bundled limbs and containerized leaves. Neither picks up a 30-inch trunk in your back yard. We can cut and stack to the rules if you want to use the free pickup, or haul it all.
How soon can you come after a big storm?
We work a priority list after county-wide events: roofs and driveways first, hangers over walkways next, yard cleanup after. In a normal week, within a day or two. We'll give you an honest window when you call rather than a promise we can't keep.
My tree is still standing but leaning after the storm. Is it safe?
A new lean with soil heave or cracked ground on the opposite side means the root plate has moved, and the tree is a removal, not a wait-and-see. A lean that's been there for years with no ground movement is usually fine. Our arborist can tell the difference in a few minutes.
Will insurance cover the yard cleanup?
