What this site can and cannot tell you
Two trees with the same dead limb can need completely different work. Species, age, root condition, lean, distance to structures and power lines, soil and recent storms all change what the right call is. Nothing on this site is a tree risk assessment, an arborist report, or a recommendation for your specific tree. An on-site look by a qualified arborist is the only way to know whether a tree needs pruning, cabling, removal, or nothing at all.
Cost ranges
The cost figures on our service and guide pages are planning ranges for typical projects in Concord, Cabarrus County and the north Charlotte metro. They are not quotes and they are not a price guarantee. Costs move with the size and condition of the tree, where it stands, access for equipment, whether a crane is needed, stump grinding, hauling and permits. Your written estimate is the price.

Results and warranties
No guaranteed outcome. How a tree responds to work depends on species, weather, soil, disease, past cuts and the care it gets afterward. Trimming and cabling reduce risk; they do not remove it. Any warranty that applies to your project is the one written into the signed agreement with the contractor performing the work. Manufacturer warranties have their own terms and registration requirements.

Emergencies
If a tree or limb is touching a power line, do not go near it and do not let anyone else — call the utility or 911. If a tree is on the house or a limb is hanging over a driveway, walkway or play area, keep people out from under it and call us.
